For founders at the $500K–$10M stage
Grow the business without being the only thing holding it together.
More leads is the easy part. The harder question is how to scale what brings them in while protecting the standard that made people choose you in the first place.
Where you are
You’ve built something that works.
The revenue is real. The team respects you. The clients are loyal. From the outside, the hard part looks done. You’re past proving the model and into the work of growing it, with more leads coming in, more clients to hold, and more people carrying work that used to sit only with you.
The trouble is that it works because of you.
What growth exposes
On paper it’s working. Underneath, four quiet things start to give.
You’re still the engine
The lead flow grows, but the judgment that turns it into revenue lives in one place. Every decision that matters routes back to you, so the business moves at exactly your speed and no faster.
The team executes, but doesn’t own
People do the work well and still wait to be told. Without a clear line of sight from their work to where the business is going, ownership stays with you and everyone else stays in delivery mode.
Signal gets lost in noise
The team is busy. Busy and effective aren’t the same thing, and the bigger you get, the harder it becomes to see which activity is moving the business and which is just motion.
The standard thins out
What made the early work good gets harder to hold as more hands touch it. Without a decision about what’s non-negotiable, the brand slowly starts to sound like an average instead of a standard.
What’s actually missing
It isn’t effort. It’s a standard you don’t have to hold personally.
You don’t need to work harder or care more. You need the part of the business that still lives in your head made explicit: how leads get qualified, what “good” means here, what the team is actually driving towards. Written down, designed in, and built to run without routing through you.
When that exists, the decision stops being something you make in the moment and becomes something the business is built to hold. Your team stops waiting for direction, because the direction is already in the system.
That’s a design problem, not a motivation problem. Which is the good news, because design problems get solved.
The sentence I hear most at this stage
“I’m the bottleneck and I know it, but I don’t know how to fix it.”
Introducing
The Halo Review
A single, in-depth review of how your business actually grows: the lead flow, the systems beneath it, and the founder judgment everything still runs on. We map where the standard lives in your head, where it’s leaking as you scale, and what has to be designed so growth doesn’t quietly cost you the thing that made the business work.
That includes how the team takes ownership — the clarity, context and decision rights that let people own outcomes instead of waiting on you for the next call.
It’s the clearest read you’ll get on what to systematise next, what to protect while you do it, and the order to do it in.
How it works
One simple framework. Four growth levers.

Before you book
What’s included, and what it costs.
What’s actually included?
If growth and adoption is the focus, the work starts with an initial plan, nuanced and customised to your business. I identify the specific tools and frameworks needed to reach the growth plan, and then those assets get developed, not just recommended. Once the plan is delivered, I capture the highlights as a case study.
How long does it take?
Usually around 90 days. It can run longer depending on the business and what’s actually needed, because the plan is built around your situation rather than a fixed template.
Is there a cost?
Right now I’m taking on a limited number of clients at founder pricing, in exchange for helping me capture the case study while we deliver the plan we’ve agreed on. What your plan needs shapes the investment, so we confirm scope and cost on the call once we both know it’s a fit.
What happens after the 90 days?
There’s an option to continue beyond the initial plan if it makes sense to keep building. Either way, the first 90 days stand on their own.
How do we start?
With a call to find out more. I’ll use it to understand the business and assess whether this is a fit. If it is, and you’d like to proceed, you have the option to do that then. If it isn’t the right thing for you, I’ll say so.
